Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Kirkton Bay House , I was utterly captivated by the breathtaking views and the warm hospitality provided by Rebecca and Iain. The accommodation offers beautifully presented rooms equipped with all necessary amenities, including a private entrance and a delightful seating area - perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while soaking in the serene surroundings. The continental breakfast was nothing short of delightful, served in a lovely environment where we could relish our meal while gazing at the stunning views of the bay. The owners ensured we felt right at home with their genuine friendliness and attentiveness; it felt like staying with old friends rather than at a bed and breakfast. The location is ideal for those like myself who appreciate the beauty of nature and historical sites alike, with the majestic Eilean Donan Castle just 26 km away. Whether you're keen on hiking nearby or simply unwinding in the tranquil garden, Kirkton Bay House offers a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. I highly recommend this hidden gem to fellow travelers and history enthusiasts alike.
